What bags can I bring into this event? Is there any bag policy?
All bags carried into the Live Viewing must follow these criteria:

• Bags must be handsfree
• Bags must be smaller than a standard backpack (18in x 14in x 8in)

Please leave bags that do not meet these criteria in a safe location before attending the live viewing.

Can I buy 2 tickets and give a ticket to a friend? Can I transfer 1 or both tickets?
Yes, but please note important updates & reminders for the ticket transfer process!
If you intend to transfer your 1-2 tickets to a friend or someone else, please ensure to do so before June 19. You can transfer your ticket at no cost until the day before the Live Viewing. After that, transfers will not be allowed.

• If you bought 2 tickets and intend to transfer only 1 to someone else, please contact reg@offkaiexpo.com so we may manually adjust the order and so the new attendee receives informational emails and a separate QR code.
• If you have already performed a transfer, please contact reg@offkaiexpo.com so we can help make any changes.
• For transferring an order of 1 ticket, Eventbrite allows you to add their info for the ticket and they will receive an email confirmation but both tickets will still be under the original account it was purchased with. You would edit your order information to put the ticket under someone else’s name and email address. The new attendee will receive an e-mail prompting them to claim tickets when you save the change. How will check-in and doors open time work?
You can pick up your Love Live Viewing wristband by presenting your Eventbrite QR code at the Help Desk from Friday, June 20 from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The Help Desk is next to the OffKai Expo Registration Table.

Additionally, we will have late wristband pickup between Friday 11:30 PM to Saturday 1:30 AM at the Marriott Second Floor right outside of the entrance to the live viewing.

Doors open 1 hour before the viewing begins at midnight, Saturday, June 21, at 12:00 AM PT. You may begin lining up next to the Community Stage at 11:30 PM PT. If needed, an overflow line may begin near the Market Street Entrance outside the first floor Marriott Lobby. Staff will direct you where to go with either line area.

Is there re-entry for breaks?
Re-entry during the live viewing is allowed. Please inform the staff by the entrance/exit table when you exit, and knock on the door / show your wristband to the staff to re-enter.

Can I attend OffKai Expo along with the Love Live! Event?
You’re allowed to attend OffKai Expo as well but you still need a valid OffKai Expo convention badge (either a day pass or full weekend badge) that can be purchased on-site as well if not sold out yet.

Are there any special ticket types? How does seating work?
There is only one (1) general admission ticket that is sold first-come-first-serve. Seating in the hall is also first-come-first-serve*. There are no higher tier seats for OffKai Expo Double Rainbow, Whale, and Gigachad badges.
*Accessible seating is available and is prioritized for early entry.

What if I have accessibility concerns?
If you have any accessibility needs, please contact accessibility@offkaiexpo.com about your needs so we may accommodate you. You may also check our Accessibility page on the OffKai website for more information.

Are ticket refunds available?
All sales are final with no refunds unless there is a failure of the livestream that prevents the event from occurring. In which case, OffKai Expo will provide a refund to all ticket holders.

Can we stand and cheer during the concert?
Yes! Cheering, penlights, UOs, and standing are all OK during the concert! The event will have standing area as well as seats.

Are there any policies or guidelines for what you can do in the seated area and the standing area?
Please scroll up to read our Policies & Rules section for what is generally allowed, what is only allowed in the standing space, and what is not allowed at the event.

What cheering goods and items can I bring?
Smaller cheering goods like towels, itabags, etc. are allowed! However, large standees, flags, banners and other pole-props are not allowed due to the risk of damaging our equipment and obstructing the view. All rules from our OffKai Expo Code of Conduct still apply.
