Volunteer and Staffing
It takes a lot of people to make a convention run smoothly! Want to volunteer for OffKai Expo? Click the link below and apply!
No prior experience is required. Volunteers will get half of a standard weekend badge reimbursed for working 6 hours, and a full reimbursement (or $90 towards a Supporter Badge) for working 12 hours.
Volunteering Requirements:
- Register for an OffKai Expo badge
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have proof of identification when you pick up your badge
Volunteering Process:
- Apply at the link below. Please note that you must register for OffKai Expo in order to volunteer.
- You will receive an email with an invite to the OffKai Volunteer Discord server before the start of the convention. (Joining the server is not required to volunteer, but makes scheduling and coordination easier)
- Sign up for shifts based on your availability and interests
- At the convention, let Registration know that you are a volunteer and you will receive your volunteer badge and lanyard
- Report to your scheduled shifts.
- After the convention, email volunteers@offkaiexpo.com and your reimbursement will be processed.
