How Meet & Greets Work at OffKai Expo
Meet & Greet tickets will be available through the Event Store. Most tickets will be distributed through a General Lottery, open to anyone who pre-registers for the convention.
General Lottery Info
- Opens: May 30 @ 9 AM PDT (closes June 5th @ 5 PM PDT)
- Free to enter; enter as many lotteries as you’d like
- If you win, a ticket will be reserved for you to purchase until June 12 @ 5 PM PDT
- You must complete your purchase by the deadline or your ticket goes back into the pool
After the General Lottery, any unclaimed tickets will be sold:
- June 13 @ 5 PM PDT – First-come, first-served in the Event Store (closes June 19 @ 12 AM PDT)
- Any remaining tickets will also be sold on-site at the Con Store
Ticket Limits
If there are any tickets unsold by Thursday, June 12th @ 5pm PDT, then you may purchase tickets for a given guest up to an amount.
- “2” means 2 tickets total (including any “original” tickets). Additional tickets will add onto your time!
- ∞ means there is no cap on how many tickets you may purchase, and each ticket you purchase will stack to increase your time.
- × means you cannot buy extra tickets to extend your time.
- The quantities below are NOT the number of available tickets.

hololive and HOLOSTARS Lottery Info
- Opens: May 23 @ 9 AM PDT (closes May 29 @ 5 PM PDT)
- Free to enter; enter as many lotteries as you’d like
- If you win a hololive production Meet & Greet ticket, you will have until Monday, June 9th @ 5 PM PDT to purchase your ticket or it will be released
- Any hololive production Meet & Greet tickets that remain unclaimed at that time will be redrawn and made available on Tuesday, June 10th @ 9 AM PDT. If this occurs and you win a ticket in the redraw you will receive an email letting you know
- Any redrawn tickets will be available for purchase for 72 hours before being redrawn again. This process will repeat until all tickets have been sold
Priority Lottery for Premium Badge Holders
GIGACHAD, Whale, and Double Rainbow badge holders get access to a priority lottery for select Meet & Greets.
- Opens May 23 @ 9 AM PDT, one week before the General Lottery (closes May 29 @ 5 PM PDT)
- Can enter up to 5 Meet & Greets based on preference/availability
- Winners have 7 days to purchase tickets
- GIGACHAD & Whale badge holders get 1 guaranteed Meet & Greet ticket for a guest of their choosing (restrictions apply)
Important Notes:
- Winners will be notified via email
- Please remember to check your email regularly, including your spam folder!
- Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable
- Missed time slots cannot be rescheduled
- Each Meet & Greet has a time limit and includes a commemorative postcard (unless noted)
- ID will be checked prior to all Meet & Greets. Any valid photo ID will be eligible.

Conduct and Harassment Policy
- Please respect the time limit noted for each Meet & Greet.
- Do not ask the Meet & Greet guest to collaborate, this is a chance to have a fan experience, not a networking opportunity.
- Do not make references to other personas or VTubers.
- Do not ask personal/uncomfortable questions to the guest, or do anything else that could be interpreted as harassment. Please be respectful!
- Failure to comply with any of the above may result in your badge being revoked or even a permanent ban from the convention.
Gift Policy
- Guests are not obligated to accept gifts, and gift acceptance is not guaranteed. Please refer to the list below to see if a particular guest is accepting gifts as well as if they have gift restrictions (i.e. letters only, etc.).
- Gifts are not mandatory, but if you choose to bring one, please keep it appropriate and manageable in size (roughly 12″ x 15″ x 10″ or smaller).
- Label your gift (i.e. “from: (your name), to: (guest’s name)”) and include a brief message if desired.
- If a guest is accepting food gifts, ensure it is non-perishable, pre-packaged, and labeled with relevant dietary information. Ensure the food is safe, unexpired, and untampered with. Dubious or suspicious food items will not be accepted.
- Please do not bring items such as alcohol, marijuana or similar gifts that may be illegal in other countries or states. These will not be accepted.
- OffKai reserves the right to reject gifts for any reason, including, but not limited to, the policy above.
Gift Drop-offs
- If there is a guest who you would like to leave a gift for whose meet & greet you did not win or were unable to attend, you may drop off gifts for them at the con store!
- Gifts must follow the gift policies below and must be labelled with your name and the guest’s name, or they may not be accepted.
- We will not be accepting gifts for hololive production talents.
Group Policy
- If a guest accepts groups, then individual ticket holders may pool their time together and join at the same time, i.e. 3 ticket holders for a Meet & Greet that is 1 minute per ticket can pool together for a 3 minute group Meet & Greet. Every attendee must have a ticket for the Meet & Greet to enter. OffKai reserves the right to ask potential groups to enter individually or as smaller units for any reason. Please reference the information below for maximum group sizes as this varies between guests.
Photo Policy
- For guests who permit photos, photos will be taken using an attendee’s smartphone or simple point-and-click cameras. These photos will be taken with the guest after the full Meet and Greet time is completed. Please do not bring complex photography equipment that cannot be easily handled by our staff, including DSLRs, mirrorless, etc.
