Fan Meet-Up Tool

The Fan Meet-Up tool is a self service portal that attendees can use to schedule and host their own Meet-Ups! This tool is intended for attendee use only. If you have any questions about the tool, please reach out to events@offkaiexpo.com for assistance!
How to use the Fan Meet-Up Tool
- Available times are listed between the three Fan Meet-Up locations. For a map of the locations, please refer to the map page in the Fan Meet-Up tool
- In order to be able to schedule a Fan Meet-Up, you must connect your ConCat account to the tool
- Select your preferred time at your preferred location
- Add a name and description to your Fan Meet-Up and submit for approval
- Once submitted, your scheduling request will be sent to an Admin for approval. While waiting for approval, your requested time will be unavailable to book over!
- Once reviewed, an email will be sent to the email associated with your ConCat account letting you know if your request has been accepted or rejected
- If your Fan Meet-Up is approved, you may edit your submission at any time before your meeting
- You can edit or delete your submission at any time!
Fan Meet-Up Tool Rules
- The Fan Meet-Up tool is intended for attendee use only. Guests can not use the Fan Meet-Up tool to schedule personal events
- Fan Meet-Ups are scheduled in one hour blocks with a maximum of two consecutive blocks scheduled back to back
- Please be respectful of other Meet-Up’s time; your Fan Meet-Up may be scheduled back-to-back with another attendee’s Fan Meet-Up
- No 18+ Fan Meet-Ups
- Fan Meet-Ups will be held in public OffKai Expo event space, therefore all Fan Meet-Ups must adhere to the OffKai Expo Attendee Code of Conduct
