Sam-Joe is the ✨sparkly✨, slightly unhinged heart of OffKai Expo—a horse-girl with hooves on the ground and dreams in the clouds ☁️ (literally, she’s aiming for the Kentucky Derby and the Daytona 500). She’s got enough energy to power a glowstick factory, and if you spot her at the con, she’s probably mid-Wotagei or hyping up your oshi in the front row.
With her chaotic sidekick Wubblez at her side, she’s here to ensure OffKai is a welcoming, inclusive, and absolutely unmissable celebration of Vtuber fandom. Conquering the world comes after. 💖
